Transfer Cost
The cost of the transfer depends on the type and class of the vehicle, as well as the distance between the addresses.
The transfer cost is fixed and will remain unchanged unless you modify the previously specified route.
- The transfer cost includes:Transportation from point A to point B.
- Toll roads, airport parking, etc.
- Meet & greet service with a name sign.
- Waiting time of up to 1 hour after flight landing.
- Waiting time of up to 15 minutes at the specified address or hotel.
- Short stops during the trip (up to 15 minutes).
- Assistance with luggage loading and unloading.
- The transfer cost does not include:Stops or detours exceeding 30 minutes (e.g., supermarket visits, lunch or dinner stops, visits to other cities, etc.).
Booking a TransferWe offer several convenient payment options: via our website (PayPal), in cash, by card in the car, or via bank transfer. All payment details and conditions are discussed at the booking stage to choose the most convenient option for you.
It is advisable to book the transfer at least 48 hours before your arrival, ideally 7-10 days in advance.
Transfer Booking ConfirmationOnce your request is received, our team will check the availability of the selected vehicle for your specified route, date, and time.
If the transfer is available, you will receive an email for verification and confirmation of the details and fare.
The client is fully responsible for the accuracy of the provided information. Therefore, please double-check all details to ensure they are complete and correct (e.g., date, time, meeting location, phone number).
Changes and Cancellation of a Booked TransferYou can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the trip, after which a refund will be issued. To cancel, please contact our manager in any convenient way, and we will assist you.
For changes to your booking details (date, time, meeting or destination location, vehicle type/class, etc.), please send a notification at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time with the updated details to

The possibility of accommodating the requested changes will be checked and either confirmed or declined by our team.
If the vehicle type/class or destination changes, the transfer cost may also change.

Meeting the DriverFor transfers from the airport, train station, or port, the driver will meet you at the exit with a name sign.
- Free Waiting Time:Airport – up to 1 hour
- Port – up to 30 minutes
- Train station – up to 20 minutes
- Additional waiting time – available at an extra charge.
If, for any reason (e.g., lost luggage), you experience unexpected delays, please inform us immediately.
The driver will contact you via
call/SMS/Viber/WhatsApp on the day of or the day before your arrival to coordinate the meeting.
